All the silver repair, restoration, and polishing is done with an artist’s eye for detail and quality work. It doesn't matter if it is silverplate or sterling silver, the goal is to do the best work possible. Repairing sterling silver and silverplate can be the ultimate in reuse and recycling, especially since the silver industry has disappeared. My objective is to restore your family treasures and memories.

The resale value of your silver is irrelevant. Right now silver has a very limited market. Young people do not care about silver. The retail marketplace is vaporizing. The silver industry is fading rapidly. Have your silver repaired for sentimental value andi not intrinsic or market value. I believe that objects can hold emotional resonance.

It doesn’t make sense to repair a flea market find or a resale shop discovery except for the most extraordinary objects. If your silver arrived damaged from an e-bay purchase, that is a real shame because it was not packed properly. Return it immediately. Most likely it is not worth fixing unless this is a very unusual object.

Silver Polishing

Polishing sterling and silverplate can remove years of dirt, tarnish, and old silver polish to create a miraculous transformation in the appearance.

In this photo, (left) the coffee service arrived very tarnished and covered with dust. It was polished very carefully to preserve the silver plating. Hours of careful attention to the details of the silver curly-cues and recesses make all the difference.
